You Username and Password for your Plesk Control Panel log in were sent to you in your original receipt when you registered with us. They are often the same as the Username and Password you use to log into FTP. If you no longer have a copy of that original message, please contact us via our Contact form to request a password reset.
Usernames and passwords are encrypted and as such cannot be re-sent to you. Instead, we can reset your Username and Password, then send you the updated details.
